The Jindai Botanical Gardens hosts a Sakura Festival where you can enjoy around 750 cherry trees across about 60 varieties. In the temple town in front of Jindaiji, you can also savor the local specialty, Jindaiji soba, letting you enjoy flowers, food, and history all at once—its greatest appeal. It’s easily accessible from central Tokyo and is very popular with international visitors.
