On Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Ota City Industrial Plaza PiO, we will host a large networking event exclusively for people in their 20s and 30s, 「蒲田BIG恋活フェス」! Beyond matching apps, we want to create a place to meet where people can actually see each other face to face and talk naturally while sharing the same time and space. With that in mind, this is a community-based dating event planned to be held in Kamata. “In everyday life, there are few opportunities to meet new people” “It’s hard to grasp someone’s vibe through a matching app” “Formal marriage-hunting parties make me a bit nervous” We aim to offer a casual networking event that helps people in their 20s and 30s take the first step with ease. The venue is about a 3-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station. It’s a standing, free-mingling style event for up to 250 people, where you can socialize while enjoying light snacks and all-you-can-drink. It’s not a format where you talk to assigned partners in turn. You can move freely around the venue and enjoy conversations at your own pace with anyone who interests you. First-timers and solo attendees are very welcome! You can also join with friends. Of course, those looking for a partner are welcome, and so are those who “just want to talk to new people first.” Please feel free to join us.
Special Exhibition 「The Paper Log: Membrane and Core — A collaborative project between Issey Miyake and Ensemble Studio」 At 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT (Gallery 3), the special exhibition 「The Paper Log: Membrane and Core — A collaborative project between Issey Miyake and Ensemble Studio」 is being held. This exhibition is a project that explores new value in the by-product “Paper Log” generated during Issey Miyake’s pleating process. Conceived by Satoshi Kondo of MIYAKE DESIGN STUDIO, a collaboration with the Spanish architectural unit “Ensemble Studio” has been realized. Inspired by the beautiful, tree-ring-like cross-sections of the Paper Log, an experimental and highly creative approach is being developed. Highlights of the Exhibition A dialog between “Membrane” and “Core” Membrane (Shell) — Ensemble Studio: By peeling off the layers of the Paper Log one by one, three-dimensional works imbued with the memory of the material are created. Core (Core) — ISSEY MIYAKE: Focusing on the structure of the log’s core, furniture prototypes are produced through experiments such as wax impregnation and adhesive penetration. An exhibition configuration premiering in Japan The project presented in Milan in April 2026 has been reconfigured to suit the space of Gallery 3. Together with newly crafted display fixtures, the works can be appreciated from closer proximity. A documentary tracing the production process At the venue, not only the works but also a documentary film capturing the research, experiments, and production journey of both teams is being screened. Recommended for Recommended for those interested in design, architecture, fashion, and sustainable production. You can enjoy it alongside sightseeing and art tours in the Roppongi area. © 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT © 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT ※The exhibits and the exhibition layout are subject to change. ※For the latest information, please check the official website. :root { --bg-color: #fcfcfc; --card-bg: #ffffff; --text-main: #111111; --text-muted: #555555; --accent-orange: #ff5500; --accent-orange-light: #fff2ec; --border-color: #e5e5e5; --dark-card: #141414; } * { box-sizing: border-box; margin: 0; padding: 0; } html, body { width: 100%; overflow-x: hidden; background-color: var(--bg-color); color: var(--text-main); font-family: 'Noto Sans JP', 'Noto Sans', -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, "Segoe UI", Roboto, "Helvetica Neue", Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 1.7; letter-spacing: 0.02em; -webkit-font-smoothing: antialiased; } .container { max-width: 860px; width: 100%; margin: 0 auto; padding: 48px 20px; } /* Header Styling */ header { border-bottom: 2px solid var(--text-main); padding-bottom: 32px; margin-bottom: 48px; } .badge { display: inline-block; background-color: var(--accent-orange); color: #ffffff; font-size: 0.75rem; font-weight: 700; padding: 3px 10px; text-transform: uppercase; letter-spacing: 0.08em; margin-bottom: 16px; } .main-title { font-size: 1.6rem; font-weight: 700; line-height: 1.35; color: var(--text-main); margin-bottom: 12px; word-break: break-word; } .intro-text { font-size: 0.925rem; color: var(--text-muted); text-align: justify; word-break: break-word; } /* Section Styling */ section { margin-bottom: 56px; width: 100%; } .section-header { margin-bottom: 24px; } .section-title { font-size: 1.3rem; font-weight: 700; letter-spacing: 0.04em; position: relative; } .section-title::after { content: ''; display: block; width: 36px; height: 3px; background-color: var(--accent-orange); margin-top: 6px; } /* Highlights Layout */ .grid-highlights { display: flex; flex-direction: column; gap: 20px; width: 100%; } .card { background-color: var(--card-bg); border: 1px solid var(--border-color); padding: 24px; width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; transition: border-color 0.3s ease; } .card:hover { border-color: var(--accent-orange); } .card-number { font-size: 0.8rem; font-weight: 700; color: var(--accent-orange); margin-bottom: 8px; display: block; } .card-title { font-size: 1.1rem; font-weight: 700; margin-bottom: 12px; line-height: 1.4; word-break: break-word; } .card-text { font-size: 0.9rem; color: var(--text-muted); word-break: break-word; } .card-text p { margin-bottom: 4px; } .card-text p:last-child { margin-bottom: 0; } /* Recommendation Section */ .recommend-box { border-top: 1px solid var(--border-color); padding-top: 36px; width: 100%; } .recommend-text { font-size: 0.925rem; color: var(--text-main); margin-bottom: 24px; text-align: justify; word-break: break-word; } /* Image Gallery Protection & Responsiveness */ .image-gallery { display: grid; grid-template-columns: repeat(auto-fit, minmax(260px, 1fr)); gap: 20px; margin-bottom: 28px; width: 100%; -webkit-user-select: none; -moz-user-select: none; -ms-user-select: none; user-select: none; } .image-frame { background-color: #f4f4f5; border: 1px dashed var(--border-color); border-radius: 4px; padding: 12px; display: flex; flex-direction: column; align-items: center; justify-content: center; width: 100%; overflow: hidden; } .image-frame img { max-width: 100%; width: 100%; height: auto; display: block; object-fit: contain; pointer-events: none; } .image-caption { font-size: 0.75rem; color: var(--text-muted); margin-top: 8px; text-align: center; word-break: break-word; line-height: 1.4; } /* Notes List */ .notes-list { list-style: none; background-color: #f4f4f5; padding: 20px 20px 20px 32px; width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; } .notes-list li { font-size: 0.825rem; color: var(--text-muted); margin-bottom: 6px; text-indent: -1.2em; word-break: break-word; } .notes-list li:last-child { margin-bottom: 0; } /* Responsive Design */ @media (max-width: 768px) { .main-title { font-size: 1.4rem; } .container { padding: 32px 16px; } .card { padding: 20px; } .image-gallery { grid-template-columns: 1fr; } }
