This time, we tried the "Premium Course" which includes all-you-can-eat extra-thick raw beef tongue, tongue stew, and delicious toromushi beef tongue. The quantity is just amazing! Every time we order, we wonder if we can finish it, with thick cut meat arriving continuously.

The extra-thick raw beef tongue, a specialty, is astonishingly thick! The texture is irresistibly tender while eating in bite-sized portions by cutting with scissors. The beef tongue comes with various flavors like miso marinade, salt sauce, garlic butter, and plenty of green onion salt. Among these, the green onion salt beef tongue topped with overflowing green onions is our favorite!

It's all about thick cuts, thick cuts, and more thick cuts...! For beef tongue lovers, it was truly a beef tongue paradise.

Moreover, the tongue stew and delicious toromushi beef tongue are also unlimited. It's delightful to enjoy beef tongue in so many ways, not just by grilling but with various preparations.
