【ALWAYS SAUNA 芝浦】
Located in Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo, ALWAYS SAUNA 芝浦 is the first private sauna in the Tamachi–Shibaura area to offer “all rooms fully private”. Combining a modern, luxury hotel–like atmosphere with pristine cleanliness, it offers four distinct room designs so you can choose the space that suits your mood and preferences of the day.
Lighting in both the room and the sauna can be adjusted freely, and every room is equipped with Bluetooth audio speakers. Put on your favorite music and unwind at your own pace without worrying about those around you.
The sauna temperature is adjustable from 70–100°C in 0.5°C increments. In addition, you can lie down in every sauna room, and each shower booth features an integrated shower with room‑temperature, warm, and cold water modes. DELUXE and VIP rooms are also equipped with a “cool‑down bench” usable inside the shower booth.
Another hallmark of ALWAYS SAUNA 芝浦 is that mixed‑gender use of the same room is permitted. Swimwear is required for mixed use, allowing families and couples to enjoy private sauna time together.
Hours are 8:00–1:00 the next day (final slot according to the reservation table). Reservations are required in advance; use the QR e‑ticket issued at booking and scan it at the entrance and the reserved room’s QR readers to enter the building and your room. Prices start from 4,000 JPY for 90 minutes for two people, but dynamic pricing applies depending on demand, so please check the latest price when booking.

1. Fully private rooms with standout design, selectable from four types
At ALWAYS SAUNA 芝浦, we offer four types: STANDARD1, STANDARD2, DELUXE, and VIP. All rooms are completely private, and you can choose your preferred one at the time of booking. Capacity varies by room, from rooms for 1–2 guests to rooms accommodating up to 3 guests.
STANDARD1 is inspired by a meditative bathing experience that helps you forget you are in the city. The space features an enchanting black-based design, and both the sauna room and the cool-down area use ECOCARAT walls with humidity control, deodorizing, and cleanliness functions.
STANDARD2 is a fully private room where you can enjoy silence, wrapped in the warmth of fine wood and the modern beauty of light and shadow. ECOCARAT is used in both the sauna room and the cool-down area, creating a calm space for refreshment.
DELUXE is a serene room based on a Japanese aesthetic. It incorporates Japanese design elements such as bamboo-inspired walls and antibacterial, quick-drying flooring reminiscent of tatami. Up to three guests can use the room for the same price, and the cool-down bench inside the shower booth is also available.
VIP is a special room inspired by a modern luxury hotel. Walnut walls and stone walls surrounding the sauna create a resort-like ambiance, and the sauna room has opposing double benches, allowing you to enjoy conversations while you sauna. A dedicated mini refrigerator is also provided, and up to three guests can use the room for the same price.

2. A sauna experience tailored to your preferences for temperature, light, and music
The sauna temperature can be adjusted from 70 to 100°C in 0.5°C increments. You can also freely adjust the lighting in both the room and the sauna, allowing you to create an environment that suits you—whether you want it bright and open or calm and quiet.
All rooms are equipped with Bluetooth audio speakers, and you can play your favorite music from the in-room tablet. For consideration of other guests, a volume limit is in place.
The shower is an integrated type that lets you switch room-temperature, warm, and cold water with a single shower head. Even if you dislike sudden cold water, you can adjust to the water temperature that suits you while using it. Each of the STANDARD1, STANDARD2, DELUXE, and VIP rooms is equipped with a chilled cold-water shower at around 15°C provided by a chiller unit.

3. Smooth access with QR e-tickets, and peace of mind even when coming empty-handed
An online reservation in advance is required; phone reservations and walk-ins are not accepted. The QR code can be used from 5 minutes before your reserved time; hold it over the QR readers at the entrance and at your reserved room to enter. No checkout procedure is required when leaving; you can simply exit before the end time.
Amenities such as towels, makeup remover, face wash, toner, serum, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, hair iron, hair brush, hair ties, and cotton swabs are provided, making it convenient for travelers who wish to visit empty-handed. In the VIP room, each guest is provided with two bath towels, one Torriden sheet mask, and one bottle of "I LOHAS" water. Please note that VIP-only amenities are subject to change without notice.

Other recommended information
At ALWAYS SAUNA 芝浦, guests with tattoos are welcome. Taking photos inside the facility and posting on social media are also allowed.
Bringing food and drinks is permitted, but bringing them into the sauna room is prohibited. If you do not bring drinking water, you can purchase it from the vending machines inside the facility. For safety reasons, intoxicated guests and alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
When men and women use the same room, swimwear is mandatory. You may bring your own, or rent unisex swimwear for 550 yen (tax included). Rental sauna hats are also available for 550 yen (tax included).
Your reservation time includes time to prepare to leave, so please begin preparing to exit 10 minutes before the end time. Booking two consecutive slots is possible, but if you wish to continue using the room during the 30-minute cleaning time in between, please contact the official LINE account.
There is no waiting area inside the facility, so you are advised to arrive just before your reserved time. For safety reasons, guests under 18 years old cannot use the facility.
