A lamb shabu restaurant beloved in Hokkaido for over 50 years,
is grand opening in Hibiya in December 2025!
This time, we tried a plan with all-you-can-eat lamb and pork shabu-shabu,
accompanied by 63 types of free drinks 🥰
The lamb meat is specially selected from lambs under 8 months old,
being tender with almost no odor.
Pork uses SPF pork from Hokkaido,
which was also tender, sweet, and delicious 🤤
And above all, the secret homemade shabu sauce, made over six months, is too delicious!
It pairs excellently with the meat, making you want to eat more and more 🥹
The staff-recommended way,
adding grated daikon to sesame sauce, is also superb ✨
The mellow sesame mixed with a hint of spiciness,
creates a sweet and spicy taste that was delightful 💗
Apart from shabu-shabu,
you can enjoy chopped lamb burgers, small dishes, and even today’s special sashimi!
The Sakurahime chicken soboro rice ball,
with its gentle flavor, was a perfect palate cleanser.
The finishing ramen, using noodles from the Hokkaido Nishiyama Seimen Company,
was delightful with the shabu-shabu broth 🥰
Finally, we were satisfied with a homemade pudding made with sweetcorn and eggs 🍮
The restaurant's interior, where you can enjoy the night view of Hibiya and the trains running below,
is lovely and seems perfect for gatherings, dates, and parties ✨
