The yellowtail was fresh and tender, with caviar on the avocado adding a luxurious feel◎
🥩 Grilled marbled wagyu yukke
Tender and rich in sauce flavor... my favorite dish🔥
🥔 Smoked egg grilled potato salad
Type where you break the smoked egg in the center and mix it✨️

🍷 Oxtail and pork belly red wine stew
Thick cuts of oxtail and pork belly are slowly stewed with red wine and herbs,
Bone-in meats are tender, with a rich demi-glace sauce…🥰
🥧 Salmon and ham en croûte (winter only, limited to 4 servings per day)
A huge pie approximately 25cm, filled with mushrooms & salmon🐟
The koji-aged salmon was paired perfectly with creamy white sauce✨️

・Premium Amaou strawberry ice cream
・Cookie cream cheese cake
It ended perfectly with a rich Basque cheesecake enriched with lemon and the dense Amaou strawberry flavor🍰💕
I was really curious about the pasta with snow crab shell,
but was too satisfied to continue...
Next time, I definitely want to try it🦀🍝
