1. Four differently themed private spaces to meet diverse needs

At Sway, we offer four distinctive private saunas to choose from for a variety of occasions. Each room is designed with its own concept, creating a luxurious space where the sauna, cold bath, and relaxation area are integrated as one.

• ROOM1: Capacity 1 person, 70 min 4,800円〜. A hideaway-like space inspired by the Scandinavian “nook”. The sauna uses rare kelo wood over 200 years old, whose sweet aroma invites deep meditation. Compact yet efficiently spreads the heat of the löyly, and its design leaves room even when sitting cross‑legged, making it ideal for resetting mind and body.

• ROOM2: Capacity 1 person, 70 min 4,800円〜. The sauna room has ample width and is equipped with wooden pillows, allowing you to lie down and relax at ease. Recommended for those who want to soothe everyday fatigue and fully unwind.

• ROOM3: Capacity 1〜2 people(mixed-gender allowed), 90 min 10,000円〜. Ideal for couples or close friends, offering a personal sense of distance. Perfect for those who want to share special time without concern for others.

• ROOM4: Capacity 1〜3 people(mixed-gender allowed), 90 min 14,000円〜. The most spacious room at Sway, perfect for those seeking an extraordinary moment in everyday life. Inside the sauna, a “pyramid seat” increases the perceived temperature by about 10℃, recommended for a more stimulating sauna experience.

2. The ultimate sauna experience you can customize to your liking

At Sway, you can pursue a sauna experience tailored to your individual preferences. With Finnish-style self löyly, you use monthly rotating aromatic water to generate steam at your preferred timing, allowing you to adjust humidity and scent.

You can also freely customize the room temperature, music, and lighting brightness. The cold baths in each room offer different settings around 13–18℃, so you can choose the water temperature that suits you best.

Comprehensive amenities are provided so you can come empty‑handed (hair dryer, toner, lotion, cleanser, cotton pads, cotton swabs, etc.), letting you refresh to your heart’s content.

56 works, including pieces by Leonardo, arrive in Japan from the Louvre "The Louvre Museum Exhibition: Renaissance" At The National Art Center, Tokyo, "The Louvre Museum Exhibition: Renaissance" is being held through Sunday, December 13. Focusing on Renaissance art that developed across Europe from the 15th to the 16th centuries, this exhibition introduces the rich and complex characteristics of the period through 56 works selected from the collection of the Louvre Museum. This exhibition spotlights Leonardo da Vinci, the artist who symbolizes the Renaissance, and presents works under four themes: "Travel," "Innovation and Refinement of Technique," "Looking to Antiquity," and "The Rise of Portraiture." In addition to paintings, visitors can see a wide variety of works, including sculpture, prints, drawings, and decorative arts. Highlights of the Exhibition Leonardo da Vinci’s "Portrait of a Woman" shown in Japan for the first time At this exhibition, Leonardo da Vinci’s "Portrait of a Woman," mistakenly given the alternative title "La Belle Ferronnière," will be unveiled in Japan for the first time. An oil painting created around 1490–1497, it is a masterpiece of portraiture that symbolizes the heightened interest in human individuality during the Renaissance. Introducing Renaissance art through four themes The display is organized around four themes: "Travel," "Innovation and Refinement of Technique," "Looking to Antiquity," and "The Rise of Portraiture." From the reevaluation of ancient Greek and Roman culture to exchanges among artists and the development of techniques, visitors can learn about Renaissance art from multiple perspectives. A diverse array of works on display—from paintings and sculpture to prints and decorative arts At the venue, works from a broad range of genres—including painting, sculpture, prints, drawings, and decorative arts—are presented. Through the Louvre Museum’s diverse holdings, visitors can experience the allure of Renaissance art. Recommended for This exhibition is recommended for those interested in Renaissance and Western art, those who wish to appreciate works by Leonardo da Vinci, and those who would like to experience the Louvre Museum’s collection. Special Exhibition Rethinking contemporary life through Hōjōki Special Exhibition "Learning from Hōjōki – Small architectures that reweave how we live –" At 21_21 DESIGN SIGHT, the special exhibition "Learning from Hōjōki – Small architectures that reweave how we live –" has been on view since Friday, August 28, 2026. The early 13th-century essay Hōjōki by Kamo no Chōmei poses questions about how to live in an ever-changing world. The hermitage where Chōmei lived no longer exists, but his words have been read across ages, offering clues to the essence of dwelling. Taking as its starting point the small architecture that appears in Hōjōki, "Hōjō no an," this exhibition reconsiders contemporary life and the built environment. Under the direction of architect Yoshiharu Tsukamoto, the exhibition director, architects, designers, artists, and companies each envision their own "Hōjō no an." Exhibition Highlights Considering life from a small architecture of about 9 m² Using the one-jō-square scale—about 9 m²—of "Hōjō no an" as a guide, the exhibition presents various devices that reexamine ways of living through materials, structure, and tools. Experience multiple "Hōjō no an" Alongside research on nature and daily life depicted in Hōjōki, multiple hermitages are presented in the venue. As visitors move through the exhibition space, they can encounter "Hōjō no an" composed from different perspectives. Turning attention to the space between Hōjōki and contemporary life This exhibition is not solely about interpreting Hōjōki itself. It seeks to focus on the "life" that emerges between Hōjōki and us, offering a chance to reengage with how we live today. Recommended for This exhibition is recommended not only for those interested in architecture, design, and Japanese culture, but also for anyone who wishes to consider ways of living in limited spaces and the future of housing. It is well worth stopping by when visiting museums and design venues in Tokyo’s Roppongi area. Photo: 木奥恵三 Photo: 木奥恵三 ※Exhibition contents and participating artists are subject to change.
