\r\n\r\n \r\n Located in Shibaura, Minato City, Tokyo, ALWAYS SAUNA 芝浦 is the first private sauna in the Tamachi/Shibaura area to offer “all rooms completely private.” Combining a modern, luxury hotel–like ambience with immaculate cleanliness, it offers four differently designed rooms so you can choose the space that suits your mood and preferences that day.

\r\n Lighting in both the room and the sauna can be freely adjusted, and every room is equipped with Bluetooth audio speakers. Play your favorite music and unwind your body and mind at your own pace without worrying about those around you.

\r\n The sauna temperature is adjustable from 70〜100℃ in 0.5℃ increments. In addition, you can lie down in every sauna room, and the shower booth features an integrated shower that switches between ambient, warm, and cold water. The DELUXE and VIP rooms also provide a “Totonoi bench” that can be used inside the shower booth.

\r\n Mixed‑gender use of the same room is also a distinctive feature of ALWAYS SAUNA 芝浦. Swimwear is required for mixed‑gender use, but you can enjoy private sauna time together with loved ones, such as family members or couples.

\r\n Opening hours are 8:00〜1:00 the next day (final slot according to the reservation calendar). Reservations are required in advance; use the QR e‑ticket issued at booking to enter the building and your reserved room by scanning it at the entrance and the room’s QR readers. Prices start from 4,000 JPY for 90 minutes for two people, but dynamic pricing applies depending on congestion and other factors, so please check the latest price when booking.\r\n

1. Stylish, fully private rooms — choose from 4 types
At ALWAYS SAUNA 芝浦, we offer four types: STANDARD1, STANDARD2, DELUXE, and VIP. All rooms are fully private, and you can choose your preferred room when booking. Capacity varies by room, from options for 1–2 guests to rooms that accommodate up to 3 guests.
STANDARD1 is designed with a meditative bathing theme that makes you forget you’re in the city. In this dreamlike space based on black tones, both the sauna room and the cool-down area feature ECOCARAT walls with humidity control, deodorizing, and cleanliness functions.
STANDARD2 is a fully private room wrapped in the warmth of quality wood and the beauty of modern shadows, perfect for enjoying quietude. ECOCARAT is used in both the sauna room and the cool-down area, creating a calm space for refreshment.
DELUXE is a tranquil, Japanese-inspired room. It incorporates Japanese design elements such as bamboo-inspired walls and antibacterial, quick-drying flooring reminiscent of tatami. Up to 3 guests can use it at the same rate, and the cool-down bench inside the shower booth is also available.
VIP is a special room inspired by a modern luxury hotel. Walnut walls and stonework surrounding the sauna room create a resort-like feel, and facing double benches are installed in the sauna so you can enjoy conversation while you sauna. A dedicated mini refrigerator is also provided, and up to 3 guests can use it at the same rate.

2. A sauna experience you can tailor to your preferred temperature, lighting, and music
The sauna temperature can be adjusted from 70 to 100°C in 0.5°C increments. You can also freely adjust the lighting in both the room and the sauna, allowing you to create an environment that suits you—whether you prefer a bright, open feel or a calm atmosphere for quiet rest.
All rooms are equipped with Bluetooth audio speakers, and you can play your favorite music from the in-room tablet. For consideration of other users, a volume limit is set.
The shower is an integrated type that lets you switch between ambient, warm, and cold water with a single showerhead. Even if you dislike sudden cold water, you can adjust the water temperature to your preference as you use it. In the STANDARD1, STANDARD2, DELUXE, and VIP rooms, a cold-water shower of around 15°C supplied by a chiller is provided.

3. Smooth access with QR e-tickets, and peace of mind even when coming empty-handed
An advance online reservation is required; reservations by phone or walk-ins are not accepted. Your QR code becomes usable from 5 minutes before your reserved time; hold it over the QR readers at the entrance and at your reserved room to enter. No checkout procedure is required when leaving, and you may exit as you are before the end time.
A full range of amenities is provided—including towels, cleansing, face wash, toner, serum, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, hair iron, hair brush, hair ties, and cotton swabs—making it convenient even for travelers who wish to come empty-handed. In the VIP room, each guest receives two bath towels, one Torriden sheet mask, and one bottle of 「いろはす」 water. Please note that the contents of VIP-only amenities are subject to change without notice.

At ALWAYS SAUNA 芝浦, guests with tattoos are also welcome. Photography inside the facility and posting on social media are permitted.
Bringing in food and drinks is allowed, but taking them into the sauna rooms is prohibited. If you do not bring drinking water, you can purchase it from the vending machines on-site. For safety reasons, intoxicated guests and alcoholic beverages are not allowed.
When men and women use the same room, swimwear is mandatory. You may bring your own swimwear, or rent unisex swimwear for 550 yen (tax included) per set. Rental sauna hats are also available for 550 yen (tax included).
Your reservation time includes preparation to leave, so please start getting ready 10 minutes before your end time. You can also book two consecutive slots; if you wish to continue using the room during the 30-minute cleaning interval, please contact the official LINE account.
As there is no waiting area inside the facility, you are advised to arrive just before your reserved time. For safety reasons, those under 18 years of age cannot use the facility.
