Christmas season limited "Afternoon Tea Noel" 🎄✨
The Christmas cake collection from Asako Iwayanagi was reimagined into petit fours and salé,
I was overwhelmed by the completed world view as soon as it appeared on the table 🍰🤍
Each piece was so cute, truly edible art 💕
Petit fours included:
Noel Blanc / La Bûche / La Colline / Forêt Divine / Sapin Pistache
Salé included:
Rouge Pain de Noel, Quiche (Peposo and mashed potato),
Macaron Salé with foie gras terrine, Smoked salmon with celery root purée and caviar
The finale was the chef's specialty
Parfait Bijou Noel 🍓✨
The sweet and tart combination of strawberries and pistachio was fantastic 🍓💚
The pairing with lavender kyobancha was also striking 🪻
🫖 Today's tea (jasmine) was the most fragrant I've ever had 🌿
The flow from sweet → savory → parfait was really beautiful,
Felt like "Afternoon tea to savor special moments" ✨️
