In a calm atmosphere,
a true bistro crafted by the owner who previously worked as a chef at a famous restaurant in Aoyama.
It was a cozy space perfect for girls' gatherings and dates 🤍
We opted for a 6,600 yen course 💕
The appetizer was Carpaccio
Marinated Buri and carrot with Wakayama mandarin
This unexpected combination was surprisingly perfect...!
The fresh sweetness of the mandarins elevated the umami of the Buri, and it was a dish that raised expectations from the beginning 🍊✨
Next up was
🍄 A mushroom-packed potage
From the first bite, the aroma was incredible,
the concentrated flavor of the mushrooms was irresistible… 🤍
The warm brioche was a wonderful match 🍞
🍝 Pasta
The chewy texture of the noodles was exactly my type.
Especially the mussels were incredibly tasty, and the umami was well infused in the sauce ✨
The main was a selectable style,
I chose to pay extra for
🍷 Braised domestic beef cheek in red wine.
This was just… It melted apart.
So tender it crumbled with a spoon, a joy melting in my mouth 🥺💕
Dessert was
🍨 Caramel gelato
Rich and full of depth, a satisfying end to the meal.
We sat at the counter this time, and
the timing of moving to the next preparation right after finishing was genuinely delightful.
