Visited the popular restaurant Bistro CarneSio in Ebisu 1d

This time, I enjoyed the Bistro CarneSio course that includes everything from appetizers to desserts 1d

The appetizer platter came out first and was so luxurious that it blew me away 1d

The caprese of tomatoes and watermelon, the refreshing combination of watermelon and cheese, was surprisingly a great match 1d

From the seared wagyu beef carpaccio, salmon, to homemade chicken ham, I was excited from the start 1d

The warm dish was tripe stewed in tomato 1d

It was the first time I tried it, but its chewy texture perfectly complemented with the rich tomato sauce, it was very delicious☺️

Additionally, the soft French with smoked cream went incredibly well with the bread

The main dish was A5 wagyu and seasonal vegetable grill 1d

They meticulously grilled the A5 wagyu, sourced from all over the country, over charcoal, achieving exquisite doneness... truly impressive!

That day featured two types: rump and shoulder triangle✨

The rump was soft and had a chewy texture 1d
The shoulder triangle had a pleasant firmness yet was astonishingly tender, allowing us to savor different deliciousness

The accompanying chrysanthemum greens were fragrant, perfectly pairing with the meat 1d

The course ended with a thick Bolognese pasta 1d

The thick noodles, generously covered with meat and cheese, were very satisfying 1d

Finally, the dessert of tiramisu and ice cream 1d

The combination of creamy tiramisu with cool ice cream was the best, leaving us completely satisfied till the end 1d

CarneSio is the first store of its series, an old established bistro 1d

Besides enjoying charcoal grilled A5 wagyu from all over Japan, you can also indulge in authentic Italian dishes using homemade pasta and seasonal ingredients 1d

Enjoy a casual yet sophisticated atmosphere with an open kitchen that offers a lively experience 1d

It's like a hidden gem, a perfect place for dates, girls' gatherings, or meals with friends, even though it's near the station
