I visited Riz Labo Kitchen 🥰

I heard they released a mimosa-themed pancake, so I had to check it out 💛

The color combination of the macaron on top and the pistachio cream was just too cute… it instantly lifted my mood 🥹✨

This time I tried
🌼 Mimosa (Pistachio) & Lamington Pancake

It’s a gluten-free rice flour pancake, light and fluffy yet moist, making it really easy to enjoy 🥞

The rich pistachio cream on top is amazing, with a subtle hint of lemon that makes it feel refreshing despite how indulgent it looks 💛

The design inspired by mimosa flowers is adorable, and the small meringues and herbs add such a nice elegant touch 🌿

On the plate, there’s also Lamington (an Australian dessert with coconut and white chocolate), orange sherbet, mango ice cream, and citrus jelly, so you can enjoy different flavors until the very last bite 🥰

Not only is it visually stunning, but the balance of flavors is also perfect…✨
