The flavor was richly soaked in, the flesh was plump,
The fragrance of Sansho gracefully spread 🥺

[Stewed Dish]
Kyoto Turnip Chilled Stew with Duck Stock Jelly
The turnip absorbed the flavors splendidly, with a gentle sweetness,
The duck's savor and the stock jelly matched well, it was a highly completed dish.

[Main Dish]
Grilled Wagyu
The melt-in-the-mouth tenderness was astonishing… 🥺
Personally, I enjoyed it best with wasabi and salt!
