And after much deliberation,
Asakusa hitsumabushi 1 piece🍚
I was really torn between salted hitsumabushi, but went classic this time🥺
It's my first time seeing a whole eel and isn't this presentation too luxurious…?✨️
While it was quite a large portion, the seasoning was just right,
and before I knew it, I had finished it all😭
We dined at a window-side table on the second floor,
with a fantastic view of the Skytree🗼
Imagine eating eel while gazing at the Skytree,
it's sure to be a special memory🥰💗
The new brand "Deshiko" from Lake Hamana is also popular,
and there might be natural eel available depending on the time of year🤫✨️
