2. Optimal cold plunge and relaxation space to reset your body
The cold plunge that cools you down after the sauna is maintained at 15–17°C—refreshing without being too cold, while firmly tightening the body. After the plunge, move to the cave-like relaxation space bathed in soft blue light. Let the lingering heat deep within you settle quietly and simply surrender to your breath.
