A tea kaiseki restaurant where you can savor ‘ichigo-ichie’ hospitality
『Kobikicho Ohno』

Introducing 『Kobikicho Ohno』, located a 30-second walk from Yotsuya-sanchome Station. The restaurant admits only one party per day and operates by reservation only. Valuing the spirit of ichigo-ichie, it offers meticulous hospitality only possible with one party a day—such as advance preparations tailored to your booking and cooking timed to your seating.

Savor cha-kaiseki made with seasonal ingredients
and enjoy the culture of the tea ceremony

Because the restaurant uses seasonal ingredients, there is no set menu. They offer a cha-kaiseki course based on ichijū-sansai (for 2 guests ¥24,200; for 3 or more ¥14,520; for 5 or more ¥12,100. All prices are per person and include tax and service charge. A cancellation fee applies from one week prior).

「若竹煮と鴨の治部煮」

The vegetables used in the dishes are home-grown, harvested to match reservations, and prepared to bring out their natural flavors.
After the meal, there is also a serving of thin tea whisked by the owner, Mr. Ohno, in the tearoom, letting you experience the culture of the tea ceremony.

Unwind in a relaxing Japanese-style room
and enjoy a casual tea time

The restaurant has a tatami room with a sunken kotatsu and a tearoom, and as it is reserved for private use, you can take your time enjoying kaiseki cuisine without worrying about those around you, even with small children.
You can experience the atmosphere of the tea ceremony without being bound by formalities. They also offer an occasional "Tea Time" serving only tea, sweets, and light meals, and they announce the opening days on their blog and Facebook, so if you're interested, be sure to check!

Kids' cutlery
also available!

The restaurant also provides kids' cutlery for children, and as a thoughtful gesture from the owner and the proprietress, it is said they give a toy as a present when you leave.
With the kind owner, attentive hospitality, and delicious tea and cuisine, be sure to visit "Kobikicho Ohno" for a wonderful time.
