A Tokyo spot to experience deep “totonoi” wrapped in herbal steam
【SAUNA汽汽】
SAUNA汽汽 is a private steam sauna with a unique system, located a 6-minute walk from Nakameguro Station along the Meguro River. Inside a sauna room filled with dense, fog-like steam, it offers a novel experience unlike any before: pouring cold water directly over your heated body.
The fully private, one-room space can be used with swimwear by anyone, regardless of gender. With refined spatial design that captivates not only sauna enthusiasts but also first-timers, you can pursue "totonoi" at your own pace to your heart’s content. Hotter, deeper, freer, and more beautiful.
Forget the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy special moments that leave you fulfilled from the heart.
Top 3 highlights
1. Three premium experiences, each on a different floor
All rooms on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors are private steam saunas, each with its own concept.
・2F MEGURI: A cold bath inside the sauna room lets you stay longer without overheating. Perfect for conversation or immersive solo time.
・3F HODOKE: A sauna room with a higher perceived temperature and a spacious living room-like relaxation area. A photogenic space, also recommended for groups.
・4F YUDANE: Equipped with full-flat beds. Ideal for those who prefer a higher perceived temperature and want a thorough reset, or for unwinding leisurely with close company.
2. A new ritual: “dense mist of natural herbs” and “Kneipp,” enveloped in steam
Inside the sauna, a “dense mist of natural herbs,” uniquely extracted from the roots, stems, leaves, flowers, and bark of plants, fills the air. The deeper you breathe, the more you feel moisture from deep within and energy circulating.
Another feature is the practice called “Kneipp,” taking a cold-water shower inside the sauna room. By cooling only the body’s surface while keeping your core heat, it extends your stay and maximizes “ととのい”.
3. Luxurious privacy enabled by a contactless system and well-appointed amenities
A staffless system where you check in and enter using a dedicated reception tablet. Use it smoothly with just your smartphone, without meeting staff.
Each room is stocked with amenities such as cleansing, toner, and hair oil. Swimwear rental (+600 yen) and drink purchases are also available, so you can easily drop by empty-handed.
Other recommended information

Check RouteOta Ward Gourmet2026.09.26(土)On Saturday, September 26, 2026, at Ota City Industrial Plaza PiO, we will host a large networking event exclusively for people in their 20s and 30s, 「蒲田BIG恋活フェス」! Beyond matching apps, we want to create a place to meet where people can actually see each other face to face and talk naturally while sharing the same time and space. With that in mind, this is a community-based dating event planned to be held in Kamata. “In everyday life, there are few opportunities to meet new people” “It’s hard to grasp someone’s vibe through a matching app” “Formal marriage-hunting parties make me a bit nervous” We aim to offer a casual networking event that helps people in their 20s and 30s take the first step with ease. The venue is about a 3-minute walk from Keikyu Kamata Station. It’s a standing, free-mingling style event for up to 250 people, where you can socialize while enjoying light snacks and all-you-can-drink. It’s not a format where you talk to assigned partners in turn. You can move freely around the venue and enjoy conversations at your own pace with anyone who interests you. First-timers and solo attendees are very welcome! You can also join with friends. Of course, those looking for a partner are welcome, and so are those who “just want to talk to new people first.” Please feel free to join us.
