In the showcase are 14 kinds of tarts that sparkle like a jewelry box. Crafted by seasoned pâtissiers, each piece is a gorgeous creation like a parfait, lavishly using seasonal fruits. To bring out the fruit’s charm to the fullest, even the tart dough is carefully adjusted—kneaded with Earl Grey or nuts, with the blend changed for each one.
Accompanying these special tarts are 18 carefully selected teas, also popular at our sister shop "flour+water". While checking the aroma of the tea leaves, you can find a favorite that’s just for you. Please enjoy an elegant tea time with tea served in a pot.
The interior, adorned with antique-style furniture and dried flowers, is a space where you can truly feel like a princess. Perfect as a gift for someone special or a reward for yourself. We also accept reservations for whole tarts for special occasions.

Whole tarts to celebrate special occasions
For birthdays, anniversaries, and other special celebrations, we recommend Princess Tart's whole tarts. Their vibrant appearance is sure to make them the star of any party. The 16 cm size serves 4–6 people, and we can prepare your preferred tart as a whole. Please reserve at least two days in advance; for important occasions, kindly book by phone or in store.
