Top 3 Recommended Highlights
1. Distinctive Sauna Rooms and Comprehensive Amenities
We offer five sauna rooms for men and three for women.
In the men’s area, there is “SOUND,” accommodating up to 40 people and equipped with a high-quality, high‑resolution sound system; the meditative “HAMON,” where beautiful water ripples spread across the ceiling; the uniquely spiral‑structured “ARC”; “VALO,” enveloped in the scent of essential oils and reflections from the water’s surface; and “PANORAMA,” offering views of the Takanawa cityscape.
In the women’s area, you’ll find “MAALI,” suitable for programs using scrubs and mud; “LEAVES,” filled with the fragrance of fresh herbs; and “PANORAMA.”
Both men and women can enjoy two types of cold baths—a signature plunge pool and a reclining cold bath that preserves privacy—as well as hot baths.
2. Diverse Retreat Programs and Sauna Masters
The greatest appeal of 高輪SAUNAS lies in its diverse retreat programs led by professional sauna masters. These include “Whisking,” based on traditional Latvian phytotherapy; “Aufguss,” delivering comforting heat and aroma; “Herbal Retreat,” incorporating seasonal plants; “Sound Retreat,” resonating with the overtones of singing bowls; and “Scrub Retreat,” which smooths the skin—one‑of‑a‑kind, once‑in‑a‑lifetime sauna experiences that engage all five senses.
3. Comprehensive on‑site facilities you can enjoy all day
Beyond saunas, the facility is equipped with amenities that enrich your stay. It features a “Working Space” where you can comfortably work after the sauna, paid “Meeting Rooms,” a “Lounge” offering plant-based menus supervised by Yusuke Nomura, the fourth-generation proprietor of the Michelin-starred restaurant ‘Shojin Ryori Daigo,’ and a “NAP (power nap space)” for more effective refreshment.
In addition, there is an “Aroma Lab” that extracts the essential oils used in the sauna room, and a plant-based café “=CAFE (Equal Café)” that can be used both before and after entry.
