Top 3 Recommended Points
1. 'Deep Dive' sauna inspired by the deep sea
Bathed in softly glowing light, the 'Deep Dive' sauna evokes a dreamlike space reminiscent of the deep sea. The gently spreading heat envelops your body, and if you listen closely, soothing music flows. These tones that accompany the quiet lead you into deeper relaxation, offering special moments that free both mind and body.
2. The ideal cold bath and relaxation space to rebalance your body
The cold bath for cooling down after the sauna is maintained at 15〜17℃—not too cold, yet refreshingly firming for the body. After the bath, head to the cave-like relaxation space gently illuminated with blue light. Let the residual heat deep within your body quietly subside, and simply enjoy time surrendered to your breathing.
3. A tranquil, grown-up hideaway where you can savor silence, right in Shinjuku
Although located in Arakicho, just a short distance from central Shinjuku, the facility is filled with quiet that makes you forget you are in the city. After resetting your mind and body in the sauna, we also recommend strolling around Arakicho, known for its calm and charming ambiance.
