Designed by Rafael Viñoly, this building features a glass atrium shaped like a massive ship. Its beauty has been highly acclaimed worldwide: the entire building has been awarded two stars in the Michelin Green Guide Japon, with the Glass Building receiving three stars. At night, the illumination creates a dreamlike atmosphere.
2. A fusion of diverse events and artworks
In the distinctive venues, including Hall A which can accommodate over 5,000 people, moving performances are presented daily. Inside the facility, under the theme of "Vessel of Diversity," as many as 134 artworks by artists from Japan and abroad are on display, allowing you to encounter art simply by walking through the complex.
3. An urban oasis: the "Ground Level Plaza" and relaxing spaces
Lined with zelkova trees, the Ground Level Plaza offers an open space where you can feel the changing of the seasons, even amidst the cluster of high-rises. The complex houses 17 cafes, restaurants, and shops, providing a relaxed time between events or during sightseeing.
