Spreading beneath the grove of Fukutoku Shrine in Nihonbashi, Tokyo, “水戯庵” is a hideaway restaurant＆bar for adults where Japan’s traditional culture merges with contemporary sensibilities. Here, you can savor Japan’s changing seasons with all five senses, accompanied by live performances of traditional performing arts.
On the Noh stage, traditional arts such as Noh and Kyogen, Nihon-buyo, Kagura, and Gagaku are performed nightly. Experiencing their power and beauty up close is a luxury unique to 水戯庵.
The cuisine centers on washoku that prizes seasonal, carefully selected ingredients and dashi. The seasonal course aligned with the 24 solar terms and 72 microseasons follows the Noh rhythm of “jo-ha-kyū,” presented as true entertainment.
At the bar counter, you can enjoy original cocktails inspired by the stage programs, teas that change with the seasons, and a curated selection of sake and wine, spending an elegant moment in an exquisite space.
