1. Nine uniquely designed sauna rooms
The two areas on the east and west sides of the building, “WOODS” and “LAMPI,” offer a total of nine sauna rooms, each with a different theme. Since the areas for men and women switch on odd and even days, you can experience different sauna rooms depending on the day. From the “SOUND SAUNA,” where you can enjoy music, to the “TEETÄ SAUNA,” inspired by a tea room, and the “KELO SAUNA,” which uses rare kelo wood from Finland—the birthplace of saunas—there’s something new to discover with every visit.

2. An exceptional cooldown in one of Kanto’s deepest cold baths
For sauna enthusiasts, the cold bath—one of the most important elements—features “SYVÄ（シバ）” with a depth of 145–150 cm, ranking among the deepest in the Kanto region. By immersing yourself up to your head, you are guided into a deeper state of “totonoi.” There is also a shallower “MATALA（マタラ）” where you can lie down and relax, allowing you to cool down to your preference.

3. Authentic services and cuisine to experience sauna culture
In the sauna rooms, you can experience authentic Finnish sauna culture such as “Aufguss,” where you are enveloped in aromatic steam, and “Whisking,” a treatment using branches and leaves like birch.
