Choose from two rooms with distinct atmospheres to suit your occasion.
•「霧の部屋」 (up to 4 people): Pursues deep relaxation that satisfies all five senses. Equipped with a fully flat bed, guiding you into profound “ととのい” while lying down.
•「宙の部屋」 (up to 5 people): An active space for a sense of floating. Its signature feature is hammock resting, letting you experience a new kind of “ととのい” as if floating in midair.
Both rooms feature meticulously designed lighting to make the mist look its most beautiful.

Exclusive services available only at SAUNA霧宙 accelerate your “ととのい”.
• 霧宙ミスト: With a single button, ultra-fine mist descends from the top of the sauna room. Gentle steam envelops your whole body.
• 冷頭スプラッシュ: Inside the sauna, cold water pours from overhead onto your head for an intense temperature contrast, delivering refreshment said to rival three sets in just one.
