The hotel has 135 rooms in total. The front desk is on the 15th floor, and guest rooms are located on the 8th to 14th floors. A point of pride at Hotel Ryumeikan Tokyo is the breakfast buffet “東京ブッフェ” served at the 15th‑floor restaurant “花ごよみ東京.” With the theme of local production for local consumption, the breakfast showcases the charms of Tokyo.
🔸Commitment to carefully selected ingredients: We use only top‑quality ingredients, including freshly harvested Tokyo vegetables sent directly from the Edo‑period‑founded farm “中西ファーム” (Hachioji, Tokyo); “八玉子” eggs from domestic chickens raised on pesticide‑free vegetables grown with natural groundwater; and the finest honkare katsuobushi from the Nihonbashi, Tokyo katsuobushi specialist “にんべん.”
🔸Supervised by the “Best Breakfast Chef in Japan”: With Atsuo Yabuki—who ranked No. 1 in Tokyo in JTB’s breakfast survey—as our advisor, we created a refined breakfast menu.
🔸Signature dishes: Whole‑chicken soup simmered with care for over 12 hours, fresh‑vegetable shabu‑shabu, and a special tamagoyaki made with “八玉子,” offering a luxurious breakfast for both body and soul.
Hours: Weekdays 6:45–10:00; weekends and holidays 6:45–14:00. After 11:00 on weekends and holidays, it switches to a holiday brunch offering tempura and sweets.
