1. Modern Japanese-style private rooms with a focus on privacy
Although our property is a guesthouse, all rooms are private. Interiors based on warm wood, with tatami flooring and futons, create a modern Japanese-style space that is perfect for unwinding after your trip. All rooms are equipped with individual air conditioning so you can enjoy a comfortable temperature. We offer a total of five rooms—two singles, two twins, and one triple—accommodating everything from solo stays to trips with family or friends. The twin and single rooms are windowless types, providing a calmer, more tranquil space.

2. Well-equipped shared facilities and a clean environment
Bathrooms and toilets are shared, but they are kept clean at all times for a comfortable experience. The bathroom features a bathtub and shower, and is stocked with 2‑in‑1 shampoo and body soap. The changing area can be locked for your peace of mind. A hair dryer is also provided at the sink. There are three toilets in total: two unisex and one women-only, all modern and comfortable. On the reception floor, a microwave, kettle, and instant coffee are available; on the guestroom floor, a refrigerator is provided. Feel free to use them. Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the building, convenient for business and gathering sightseeing information.

3. Secure facilities and convenient access
For a worry-free stay, the entrance and each guestroom use a touchscreen auto-lock system. The entire property is non-smoking; guests who wish to smoke may use the designated smoking area beside the entrance stairs. We are about a 3‑minute walk from JR Koenji Station (South Exit), with excellent access to Shinjuku and Kichijoji, making us a very convenient base for sightseeing. Convenience stores are also nearby (FamilyMart 60 m, Lawson 180 m), so even sudden shopping needs are easily covered.
