I went to the New Year's Day limited collaboration between LUPI COFFEE × TSUBASA COFFEE 🦊☕️

Originally, I wanted to try everything, but after consulting with my stomach, I chose these three 🤍
🍓 Strawberry Mille Crepe
🍓 Strawberry Caroche Mille Crepe
🫘 Black Bean and Kumquat Mille Crepe Short

Caroche had sesame-infused cream with kinako cream perfectly complementing each other…🥺💕
The sweet and sour strawberries topped with rich matcha and anko cream were all thought out and made an impression✨️
I loved this the most; it was overwhelming…‪‪‪‪‪🫶🏻️

The Strawberry Mille Crepe was incredibly cute with its pink visuals 🍓!!!!
The sweet caramel cream and mascarpone paired perfectly with the strawberries, giving a taste of happiness 🥰

The Black Bean and Kumquat Mille Crepe Short had fun textures from the black beans, and its combination with fresh cream was gently delicious ✨️
The kumquat inside was rich and very tasty 🍊
The balance of the rich custard on top and the slightly firm yet refreshing sponge was excellent too ✨

That day, I also had some mini puddings 🍮
Each was placed differently to match the cream they paired with, which was cute too…🤍

The café latte I had alongside was rich with a strong body, perfectly matching the sweets ☕️

I also wanted to try the omelette rice… next time for sure 🍳✨
