【THE MAIMON Carpaccio】
Presented in a bowl resembling a treasure box, it featured 6 beautifully arranged types of seafood,
Particularly, the size of the shrimp was astonishing🦐💎
The appearance and taste were splendid, and we were already thrilled from the first dish.
Next up was
【Collaboration Platter 12piece】
The grandeur of the fresh-in-shell oysters was surprising…!🦪✨
You can enjoy the raw oysters with a choice of 5 different sauces,
Making it exciting to decide on the flavor…
There are 3 types of oysters, each with a distinct personality👇
🦪Hokkaido・Senpōshi… crisp with a nice aftertaste
🦪Iwate・Rikuzentakata… creamy and rich. My personal favorite!
🦪New Zealand… slightly bitter with an elegant taste
And, a winter-exclusive popular dish
【WHITE Bouillabaisse Pot】
Loaded with sea bream and shrimp, it's extremely rich & creamy…!
The umami-infused soup was so delicious that I finished it all without realizing 🫶🤍
The main course was
【Japanese Wagyu Sirloin Kagerou Stone Grill ~Brandy Fragrance~】
The fiery display on the stone after being served was exceptional…!🔥
It was the perfect mix of aroma and flavor, with the meat being astonishingly tender and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
