Enjoy a casual bistro focused on meat in Ginza🍷

A restaurant produced by popular chef Yoshida Noh,
offering courses from appetizers to fish dishes, meat dishes, and desserts centered around Tajima beef.

The interior has a calm atmosphere,
creating a space perfect for dates and anniversaries.

The blue beer that first arrived was too cute🍻

Inside the thinly finished ham was ricotta cheese.
The chilled tomato and watermelon were also refreshing, a lovely start.

The wagyu beef tartare used Tajima beef arm meat.
While a bit chewy, balanced excellently with the brioche layered below.
The fragrance of the Ezo chives on top was memorable.

The lamb dish feat<|vq_7600|> using different cuts from New Zealand and Hokkaido.
The flavor combined with porcini broth and Italian cheese created a moderate richness that's delicious.
The meat was tender, with a chewy texture.

The fish dish was sea bream bouillabaisse.
Using broth from four types of fish,
the richness of the soup was incredibly intense...!

The sea bream was soft and chewy,
with taro below, making it a dish that felt right for autumn.

Homemade focaccia was refillable,
and eating it dipped in the bouillabaisse sauce was the best♡

The main was the signature Tajima beef steak.
Using the best cut of meat available that day, which was the ichibo cut.

Black pepper on its surface,
and even the sauce included four types of pepper,
making it enjoyable with aroma.

The meat was moist, juicy, and tender,
with a strong peppery flavor, enjoyable till the last bite.

Dessert was a cacao 70% chocolate tart.
Set in four layers,
its harmony with homemade vanilla ice cream was perfect.

Finally, a selection of teas.
Fragrant and perfect for leisurely post-meal relaxation🍵

At 11,000 yen for this menu in Ginza.
With the atmosphere and the dishes, it was a very satisfying course.
