This time we visited "Bistro RINN" in Maruyama-cho, Shibuya 🍷✨

A bistro that reopened on August 4th where you can enjoy with everyone 🥰
The interior features an atrium connecting the 3rd and 4th floors,
creating a charmingly moody atmosphere with its dim lighting ♡

What surprised us first was the specialty "RINN's Rotisserie Chicken" 🍗

The size was beyond what we imagined,
and it made quite the impression as soon as it arrived at the table...!

It is slowly roasted using a French rotisserie machine,
resulting in a crispy, aromatic skin and a hot, tender, juicy interior 🤤
Thanks to its simple salt seasoning, you can truly appreciate the deliciousness of the chicken ✨

Also impressive was the "Mussels in White Wine Sauce with Potato Confit,"
with each mussel being large and flavorful 😳
The broth, rich with the essence of the white wine sauce, was so tasty, it was hard to stop eating!

The oysters from Hiroshima were big and plump 🦪
With a touch of shallot vinegar and lemon to add a refreshing acidity, they were a delight to eat ♡

The menu is filled with bistro dishes perfect for sharing with friends,
such as "Gourmande Salad" that's loaded with veggies,
spaghettini with ripe tomatoes and mushrooms,
and an adult classic caramel pudding 🍝🍮

The dishes are crafted by two chefs, one having experience
in Bib Gourmand selected establishments and starred restaurants in France 👨‍🍳
The casual yet sophisticated dining experience is a major attraction ✨
