I’ve been to a seafood Italian restaurant
where you can enjoy fresh sea urchin
shipped directly from Kiritappu, Hokkaido🥺💗

This time, we tried a course
where you can enjoy the allure of sea urchin
throughout the entire menu
“The Four Color Uni Pasta Course”✨️

Orange, green, red, black,
each is crafted with completely different flavors,
making it delightful to enjoy till the end🫶🏻

First is orange🧡

Ramen style uni pasta🍝

The aroma of grilled uni wafts gently,
and surprisingly pairs superbly with the slightly firm pasta🥺

All the uni used
is sourced from Kiritappu, Hokkaido✨️

Always purchased fresh, it’s rich yet light and delicious💗

The fresh fish carpaccio
is prepared as Katsuo Tataki style🐟

Paired well with olive oil, it was a refreshing plate✨️

Next up is green💚

Cold Uni Capellini🍝

Chilled pasta made salad-style,
with basil sauce inside🌿

The refreshing acidity and basil aroma combine well,
making it perfect for the warm season🥺

Raw oyster ajillo also appeared🦪✨️

The scent of garlic oil and
the flavor of the oysters are quite harmonious,
making you crave some bread🤤

The especially adorable one was red❤️

Uni and Tomato Arrabbiata🍅

Ripe tomatoes from Hokkaido are
hollowed out to use as bowls,
instantly making you want to take a photo🥺📸

The richness of tomatoes combined with uni,
not just visually striking but full of authentic flavor✨️

The main meat is
Hidaka Yongen Kamui Pork (Hokkaido brand pork)🐷✨️

With tender, mochi-like shoulder roast,
appropriately paired with mustard seed sauce💗

And finally, the black🖤

Bamboo Charcoal Gnocchi and Grilled Fresh Fish
with Uni Sauce✨️

The charcoal black gnocchi,
grilled fish, and rich uni sauce🥺

Though eye-catchingly dramatic,
it's a plate to savor till the last bite for uni lovers🤍

For dessert,
Hokkaido Milk Gelato🍨

Coated with a beautiful caramel sauce using
coffee and red wine,
richer and with a mature taste✨️

Complete satisfaction from the beginning to the end🥺💗

Being able to enjoy uni extensively in the course is a delight,
and each dish is truly stylish✨️

Inside, decorated with a theme of white and blue,
with a feel of a foreign port town,
ideal for dates or girls' gatherings🫶🏻
