We went to a lovely soba bar with a modern Japanese ambiance,
just steps from Kiba Station, and it was amazing!🥺🤍

The venue spans 4 floors,
with options ranging from counter seating to tables,
ideal for everyday dining or gatherings✨️

First came the appetizer,
the soy-marinated cream cheese was unbelievably delicious🥺

The soy sauce was rich and well-marinated,
perfectly complementing drinks🫶🏻

Moreover, having soba tea available as a soft drink was delightful🍵✨️

This time we enjoyed...

A 5-piece sashimi assortment🐟✨️

Including red tuna, kampachi, sea bream, octopus,
and even premium tuna, it was extravagant...!

Additionally, we were treated to
seafood chirashi and firefly squid in soy sauce, which made us incredibly happy🥺💗

Every piece of sashimi was fresh,
and for a soba restaurant, the seafood quality was impressive✨️

Then came the iconic circle soba set🥢

It's orderable from 2 servings, but its sheer volume was surprising when served😳✨️

The fragrant soba noodles had an excellent texture,
slipping down smoothly, which was perfect🤍

The dipping sauces are customizable,
and I chose the duck broth🦆

The warm broth included tender duck meat,
its umami flavor paired perfectly with the soba🥺✨️

Additionally, the skewered grills were quite substantial...!

The tsukune with egg was soft and juicy,
blending with yolk for an incredibly satisfying bite🥚✨️

The negima lacked skewers and had large, hearty chunks of meat🥺

The sauce was flavorful and addictive🤍

Not only soba,
but also the seafood and Yakitori were enjoyable,
making it a perfect spot for izakaya-style dining as well✨️
