Starting with a selection of kimchi, namul, and choregi salad 🥗

The wagyu yukke was meltingly tender, and mixing it with the yolk made it incredibly rich…🥺

The grilled negi tongue was juicy and plump, with the spicy kick of the negi serving as a great accent🥰

The top loin, harami, and rump were all tender and juicy,
with the rump being particularly soft and to my liking 🫶🏻::

The zabuton and top rib cuts had beautiful marbling,
the kind that practically melts in your mouth 🤍

The hormones (kopchang and baekseony) had sauce deeply seeping in and a great chewy texture.
The specialty grilled suki sirloin is perfect dipped in egg…🤤✨️

To finish, cold noodles or beef tongue curry
The cold noodles were refreshing, and the curry was loaded with tender meat and
a satisfying spice level🔥

Even the dessert ice cream was delicious,
making it a thoroughly satisfying course from start to finish 🍨

It was a luxurious course using A5-ranked domestic black-haired wagyu,
with beautiful presentation adding to the special feeling 🥺✨

Perfect for dates or anniversaries, given the fully private rooms
and the fact they're open until 4 AM was a delightful bonus 🌙
