Convenient access from Ginza Station,
a yakiniku restaurant overlooking Sukiyabashi 🌃✨️
The interior is retro modern and has a calming atmosphere,
making it suitable for groups of three or more,
perfect for business meetings or dinners ✨
This time I had the
Hana Course (14 items) ✨️
Featuring A4~A5 grade black Wagyu beef
carefully selected from all over, including the Shibaura market,
hand-cut by skilled craftsmen 🥩
Starting with
🥬 Assorted Kimchi (3 kinds)
🥗 Choegi Salad
Followed by
🥩 Yukhoe prepared at low temperature
The yukhoe, cooked at low temperature,
is richly flavored with sesame oil, truly delicious ✨
🥩 Premium Salted Tongue / Thick-Cut Salted Tongue
The thin slices have a chewy texture,
while the thick cuts are soft and satisfying 💗
🥩 Selected Harami / Black Wagyu Karubi
Despite the thickness, the Harami was surprisingly tender…! 😳
The Karubi was beautifully marbled,
allowing you to taste the sweetness of the fat ✨️
🥩 Today's 3 Rare Parts
On this day, it included:
• Kame no ko
• Shin shin
• Tomo sankaku
Kame no ko is juicy and chewy,
Shin shin is richly flavored,
Tomo sankaku is soft and pairs well with wasabi 🫶✨

On this day, the assortment included:
• Hachinosu
• Hatsu
• Small Intestine
• Hatsumoto
• Gaira
It's fun to compare as each has a different texture…!
My personal favorite is the Hatsu which is easy to eat with minimal aftertaste 💗
