In a bright, open space gently filled with sunlight, we serve cakes lavishly made with seasonal fruits carefully selected by our pâtissiers, and bread baked using traditional French methods. In particular, the Tachikawa-exclusive “RITUEL Special Strawberry Mille‑feuille” is a one-of-a-kind delicacy you can taste only here, where extra‑crisp house-made puff pastry weaves together with rich custard cream.
