『Re:s cafebar&sweets リスカフェ』

Located a 5-minute walk from Takadanobaba Station and a 5-minute walk from Nishi-Waseda Station, “Re:s cafebar&sweets（リスカフェ）”. A cafe where you can enjoy authentic sweets crafted by a former Tokyo Disneyland Hotel pâtissier. The name stands for “Re:” = reply and “s” = smile, embodying the idea of “a place where smiles return.”

The natural interior filled with the warmth of wood, with gentle light streaming in through the windows, creates a cozy space to take a breather. Signature items include the crisp “Seasonal Mille-feuille,” assembled after your order is placed, and the rich “Caramel Pudding,” along with many desserts lavishly made with seasonal fruits. In particular, the mille-feuille that uses a whole peach is a popular item that requires a reservation.

In addition to sweets, at lunchtime you can enjoy deli items made with vegetables delivered directly from partner farms. The space can also be rented for birthday gatherings and parties, making it a place filled with smiles for various occasions.

Our made-to-order mille-feuille, carefully crafted one by one, is a standout dessert that highlights the puff pastry’s crisp texture and toasty aroma. Because we use seasonal fruits at their peak, you’ll discover a new flavor with every visit. Our summer-only "Peach Mille-Feuille" is especially popular, and reservations are essential.

Rich and Nostalgic "Caramel Pudding"

This is a classic firm pudding made with "ゆうやけ卵" and carefully selected vanilla beans. A touch of salt is added to the caramel to create a grown-up sweetness. Rich yet with a clean aftertaste, it’s a popular menu item with many repeat customers.

Summer-only! Fluffy "Dessert Shaved Ice"

Available from spring through autumn, our shaved ice features house-made syrups crafted by ripening seasonal fruits carefully selected by our pâtissier, and uses deep natural ice from the Southern Alps. Its fluffy, soft mouthfeel keeps it enjoyable to the very last spoonful.

The interior can also be used as a rental space, accommodating various events such as birthday parties, wedding after-parties, and cooking classes. It is fully equipped with kitchenware and audio equipment, making it perfect for homey, intimate parties.
