Enjoy fresh vegetables with Japanese sake and wine!
『Polyphony』
Today we introduce 『Polyphony』, located a 10-minute walk from Yotsuya Station.
In a simple yet stylish iron-inspired interior, this reservation-only restaurant offers lacto-ovo vegetarian dishes using flavorful vegetables grown through natural and organic farming, along with dairy products and eggs, and you can also enjoy pairings with Japanese sake and wine that complement the dishes.
At this reservation-only restaurant, lunch includes options like the "8-course Seasonal Vegetables" (¥7,700) and "5-course Seasonal Vegetables" (¥4,500), while dinner offers selections such as the "Seasonal Vegetables Course with Japanese Wine Pairing" (¥12,000).
The course contents vary depending on the day’s procurement, so with every visit you’ll encounter vegetables you don’t usually get to eat and be charmed by the delicate seasoning unique to 『Polyphony』.
Worries like "My child hates vegetables…" will melt away, thanks to careful cooking that draws out vegetables’ natural goodness—every dish is exquisite and thoroughly satisfying.
The beautifully plated “Edible Flowers and Salad,” arranged like a bouquet, lets you enjoy the flowers themselves.
Each flower has its own distinct flavor, making it a dish you don’t usually get to enjoy. The homemade dressing is superb, and you’ll polish it off with the kids in no time.
The restaurant carefully prepares dishes with vegetables procured that day. Grown with natural and organic farming, they can be enjoyed with peace of mind.
Some kids even end up polishing off mom’s portion. Even children who aren’t fond of vegetables might become fans thanks to the delicious produce and refined seasoning!
Recharge with plenty of vegetables at this spot that’s great for food education.
