Ingredients and sourcing

Where does the pork you use come from?

We use domestically produced Japanese pork. Because our supplier sources from regions across Japan and selects the best-quality pork available at the time, the place of origin may vary by day. We relatively often use pork from Aomori and Kagoshima Prefectures.

What kind of rice do you use?

We use Koshihikari rice from Ibaraki Prefecture. Please enjoy freshly cooked rice together with our tonkatsu.

About allergies

Does the tonkatsu sauce contain nuts?

Nuts are not used among the ingredients of our tonkatsu sauce. If you have allergies, for your safety, please inform our staff when ordering.
