Today we introduce 『Shinjuku Masuo Shinjuku Main Store』. Located a 3-minute walk from Higashi-Shinjuku Station on the Toei Oedo Line, this popular spot serves Kuroge Wagyu yakiniku, sashimi made with Ozaki beef from Miyazaki Prefecture, meat sushi, and more.
In the spacious 80-seat interior, the presence of five private rooms is a welcome point for moms and dads with children. Of these, two feature fully flat tatami-style seating to prevent small children from falling. The restaurant’s specialty is "Lean Ozaki Beef Sashimi topped with Sea Urchin and Salmon Roe" (2,800 yen; photo shows two servings). A signature dish where rich sea urchin is wrapped in lean Ozaki beef with a clean finish. Enjoy it sashimi-style with sweet soy sauce from Kumamoto Prefecture.
In addition to yakiniku made with A5 Japanese Black Wagyu, one of the attractions of "Shinjuku Masuo Shinjuku Main Store" is that, with approval from the public health center, you can enjoy Ozaki beef sashimi, yukhoe, and meat sushi. For anniversaries and birthdays, the pre-order-only "Meat Cake" (from 8,150 yen; available from two servings) is recommended.
