Nestled on the shopping street of Koenji in Tokyo, “Yamagata Prefecture Iide Town Antenna Shop IIDE” is a special place where you can savor the rich bounty of Iide Town, Yamagata, right here in Tokyo. Opened in July 2014, it was renewed in March 2019 as a shop with onigiri as the main attraction. The onigiri made with rice nurtured by Iide’s abundant nature are truly a luxurious treat. Producers sometimes come directly to the store to sell their products, bringing Iide’s unique, delicious, and safe flavors to many customers. Inside the store, you'll also find fresh vegetables shipped directly from the production areas and a variety of local specialties. We look forward to your visit.
Our pride and joy! Rice balls made with Iide Town’s 「つや姫」 and 「金のいぶき」
When you come to IIDE, the first thing we want you to try is our rice balls made with Iide Town’s prized premium brand rice 「つや姫」 and the highly nutritious brown rice 「金のいぶき」. Polished in-store daily and cooked up plump, 「つや姫」 has a perfect balance of sweetness and stickiness and pairs wonderfully with any filling. Nori from the Ariake Sea further enhances the delicious flavor of the rice. From classics like 「塩むすび」 to 「ツナマヨ」, 「紅鮭」, and 「明太子」, we offer a wide variety. Rice balls made with 「金のいぶき」, known for its pleasantly popping texture, are also popular, letting you enjoy flavors unique to brown rice such as 「ゆかり納豆」 and 「秘伝豆」.

At IIDE, in addition to rice balls, we also offer a full lineup of bento and deli items that make generous use of ingredients from Iide Town. In particular, the limited-quantity 「米沢牛大すき重」, lavishly prepared with locally produced 「米沢牛」, is a standout and perfect as a gift. We also have warm, handmade bento prepared daily, such as 「煮物・紅鮭弁当」 and 「から揚げ弁当」. At the deli, you'll find hometown flavors like Yamagata specialty 「玉こんにゃく」 and 「米沢牛 肉じゃがコロッケ」.
