The No.1 most popular item at “Huajiao SUGAR & SPICE” is “Mala Tang (麻辣湯)”(prices start at 790 yen), a medicinal herbal soup that combines 28 kinds of Chinese medicinal ingredients and Sichuan pepper with authentic Sichuan spices, topped with glass noodles, vegetables, meats, and more.
Choose your favorites from about 50 toppings and select the broth flavor and spiciness level to enjoy malatang just the way you like it♪
For kids, many people switch the noodles to udon and order a spiciness level of 0. Have fun choosing your favorite toppings together as a family. (Basic set: medicinal herbal soup + 3 toppings + glass noodles)
