DOLCE TACUBO Caffe is the first café concept by TACUBO, the Michelin-starred Italian restaurant in Daikanyama that’s notoriously hard to book. We serve a variety of dolci that bring out the full potential of the finest ingredients so you can enjoy them at their absolute best. From our signature Browned Butter Financier to freshly churned gelato and rich custard pudding, every item reflects the chef’s uncompromising craft. In-store, you can also enjoy dine-in-only special dolci and pairings with our carefully selected coffee. We offer moments of fulfillment in the midst of your busy day.
Browned Butter Financier
Featuring the rich aroma of Canadian maple sugar and browned butter. To pursue a freshly baked, crisp texture, we intentionally do not individually wrap them, insisting on serving them at their most delicious. We also offer individually wrapped sets that are perfect for gifts.
A New Kind of Soft Serve
Soft serve made with a high-performance Italian machine, featuring a fluffy, silky melt-in-your-mouth texture. In addition to the classic milk flavor, the coffee flavor made with beans from TERRA COFFEE ROASTERS—offering pleasant bitterness and depth—is also popular.
Petits Fours Assortment (Four Varieties, Dine-in Only)
