From savory pies for a meal to dessert pies brimming with seasonal fruits, you can enjoy a wide variety of handmade pies. Each one is carefully baked, featuring a crisp, flaky texture and a gentle flavor that brings out the natural taste of the ingredients.
For coffee, we use top-grade beans roasted by "SLOW JET COFFEE," which also has a shop in Kitasenju. For tea, we offer leaves carefully selected by "SATO'S TEA," a Japan Tea Association–certified tea instructor. Please savor the blissful pairing woven by our carefully crafted pies and drinks.
Coffee and tea crafted with uncompromising care
Our coffee is an original cup blended from top-grade beans sourced from the renowned Kitasenju shop "SLOW JET COFFEE" (Kenya, Ethiopia, Brazil). Citrus notes from Kenya, berry-like nuances from Ethiopia, and the toasty richness of Brazil come together in perfect balance. Our tea is carefully selected by the owner of "SATO'S TEA" and brewed with deep expertise for an authentic taste. Our café lattes with beautiful latte art are also popular.
A diverse lineup of pies, from meals to desserts
We always offer a wide variety of pies, from savory options perfect for lunch such as "Mushroom & Cheese Pie" and "Eggs Benedict-style Pie Plate," to dessert pies like the autumn-only "Marron Pie" and the classic "French-style Apple Pie." The "Japanese Black Wagyu and Kurobuta Pork Meat Pie," born from a collaboration with the famed Kagurazaka restaurant "meatrion," is a must-try.
Handy stick pies and takeout
We also offer stick-shaped pies you can enjoy one-handed, such as the "Classic Apple Pie" and "Asparagus Bacon Pie." You can of course dine in, but taking them to go to enjoy at home or the office is also recommended. We also have charmingly designed gift boxes (for a fee), perfect as a small present or a gift for someone special.
