This time we are introducing 『Carniceria』, located on the basement floor of Shibuya PARCO, a 10-minute walk from Shibuya Station.
In its stylish, American-casual atmosphere, you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes, including carefully selected meats and Italian cuisine, at reasonable prices.
A must-try when you visit is the “Special Grilled Meat Assortment” (Half 200 g ¥2,640).
The chef curates the selection daily. The types and cuts of meat vary, so you can discover something different each time you come.
A perfect pairing with drinks is the “Roast Beef with Aged Balsamic Sauce” (¥1,023).
Thinly sliced, carefully roasted beef finished with plenty of special balsamic sauce and Parmesan cheese. The balsamic sauce adds an accent that pairs beautifully with wine.
A must-try for lunch is the “Wagyu Bolognese” (¥1,628).
Made with springy fresh noodles, it perfectly balances the savoriness of Wagyu, a creamy sauce, and the acidity of tomatoes.
Generous chunks of Wagyu throughout make it a truly indulgent dish.
Located inside Shibuya PARCO, the restaurant benefits from kid-friendly facilities in the complex, so many guests visit with children.
