This time we’re introducing 『CAFe NAKAI』, located a 1-minute walk from Nakai Station.
The shop opened in 2021. It’s a relaxing cafe where you can enjoy homemade sweets and food at great value for lunch in a bright, stylish interior.
The shop offers sweets like cakes, puddings, and ice cream, and any of them will instantly make you feel happy when enjoyed with coffee or tea. Cake options include the “Rich Cheesecake” (700 yen), made with 100% French cream cheese, and the “Gateau Chocolat” (700 yen) with an irresistibly rich chocolate flavor. (Please check with the store, as cakes and puddings may not be available on some days.)

The “Homemade Pudding” (650 yen) is rich with a restrained sweetness, perfectly matched with a slightly bitter caramel. Quantities are limited and it sells out quickly, so if you don’t want to miss it, we recommend making a reservation by phone!
The shop also has a great selection of food such as sandwiches, and you’ll surely find items kids will love! A popular choice is the “Ham & Cheese & Tomato Basil Baguette” (780 yen), where warm ham and cheese pair perfectly with basil sauce. At lunchtime, there’s also a value set (Lunch Set 1,150 yen) that includes soup and a drink! (Food items may also change depending on the day.)
The interior is bright, open, and clean. Sweets and food enjoyed here are sure to taste even better. Strollers are welcome, and one side of the seating features sofas, so even families with small children can relax comfortably.
The restaurant provides tableware for children, and if you ask, they can warm baby food and offer hot water for formula, so you can feel at ease even when visiting with a baby. In addition to sandwiches, there are items like pizza, French fries, and fried chicken that you can share with your child.
