An Italian chef pours skill and sensibility into creating artistic parfaits, like "assiette desserts (plated desserts)," lavishly using seasonal fruits and vegetables.

Parfaits beautifully arranged in wine glasses are truly "edible works of art".

In addition, the carefully crafted pasta made with organic vegetables from the chef's home prefecture of Aichi is exquisite.

In a stylish, calm space, enjoy encounters with special dishes that change with the seasons.

Drawing on the chef’s expertise in assiette desserts (plated desserts), we serve inventive parfaits that combine seasonal fruits and vegetables.
The menu changes with the seasons, offering new flavors on every visit. The American cherry parfait “Cherry Sherry” is especially popular and captivates many fans.

Because the chef’s grandmother was a farmer, the commitment to vegetables is exceptional.
