In addition, the carefully crafted pasta made with organic vegetables from the chef's home prefecture of Aichi is exquisite.

Because the chef’s grandmother was a farmer, the commitment to vegetables is exceptional.
Our pasta features plenty of organic vegetables from the chef’s hometown, Aichi Prefecture.
