Located on Sugamo Jizo-dori Shopping Street, 「雪菓」 is a specialty shop where you can enjoy shaved ice all year round. They use rare natural ice made by slowly freezing Mount Fuji’s groundwater over three weeks, and shaving it thin creates a uniquely fluffy texture you won’t find elsewhere. All syrups are handmade, using seasonal fruit sourced from contracted farms, with a meticulous focus on ingredients. Alongside the classic Strawberry Milk, limited seasonal menus that change with the seasons are also appealing. Another nice point is that refills of condensed milk are free.
Our premium ice: "Kiwami" natural ice from Mt. Fuji
Frozen over three weeks by natural cold, it yields dense, crystal-clear ice that melts slowly. By carefully shaving this natural ice by hand, we achieve a fluffy, snow-like texture.
House-made syrups
All of our syrups are made in-house. In particular, for fruit syrups we source seasonal produce directly from contracted farmers and craft them to bring out the fruit’s natural flavor. From classics to seasonal specials, you can always enjoy a variety of flavors.

Our signature item. It comes with our carefully refined condensed milk and a house-made syrup lavishly made with strawberries from Tochigi Prefecture, served on the side. First, enjoy it as is; then add the syrup to taste and savor the change in flavor.
