Here we introduce “Hong Kong Cuisine Niju-yonmi”, located just a 1-minute walk from Waseda Station. This popular restaurant has been attracting attention from a wide range of diners for its authentic Hong Kong cuisine.
A must-order when you visit is “Hong Kong–style stir-fried beef rice noodles (Gon Chow Ngau Ho)” (1,080 yen). Chewy rice noodles stir-fried with plenty of vegetables and beef make for a Hong Kong–style chow fun with a generous portion. A dish loved by people of all ages.
We recommend ordering “Hong Kong–style roast duck, 1/4 size” (1,580 yen) alongside your main. The roast duck is thick, tender, and juicy. It pairs perfectly with the sweet-savory sauce, so you’ll polish it off in no time.
“Hong Kong–style char siu” (1,380 yen) is ideal with alcohol. Glazed with a reduced sweet-savory sauce, the char siu releases more umami with every bite—one taste and you’ll be hooked.
For dessert, we recommend “Egg Tart” (330 yen per piece). The crisp pastry and smooth, custardy egg filling are irresistible. Be sure to enjoy it freshly baked in the shop.
