Japan’s largest Malaysia event, "Malaysia Fair 2026 Tokyo"
"Malaysia Fair 2026 Tokyo" will be held at Toyosu Park in Tokyo. From Friday, October 30 to Sunday, November 1, 2026, this three-day event lets you experience Malaysia’s food culture, folk dances, and traditional culture right here in Japan.
The theme is "All About Malaysia." A variety of content is prepared so you can see, touch, and taste the charms of Malaysia.
Event Highlights
Enjoy Malaysian folk dances up close
Experience a folk dance stage performed by dancers visiting from Malaysia. Colorful costumes that symbolize multiethnic Malaysia and rhythmic performances will energize the venue.
Taste authentic Malaysian cuisine
Food trucks will line the venue, offering authentic Malaysian dishes such as "Nasi lemak" and "Satay."
Experience in Tokyo the rich flavors unique to Malaysia, woven by a vibrant array of spices.
Plenty of traditional cultural activities
Enjoy popular Malaysian experiences like "batik" and "henna tattoos."
In the batik experience, you can create an original piece by experimenting with color combinations and the amount of water. Henna tattoos naturally fade in about 1–2 weeks, making them an easy body art to try.
Enjoy shopping at "Halal2Go Mart"
"Halal2Go Mart" will also open, offering over 200 items including Malaysian snacks, seasonings, and sundries.
In addition, a variety of content is planned, including a raffle with fabulous prizes and exhibitor booths from Malaysia.
