Enjoy hearty, healthy salads!
『Vegetable base TOKYO』
This time we’re introducing 『Vegetable base TOKYO』, located a 7-minute walk from Iidabashi Station.
A vegetable café that uses no chemical seasonings or additives and incorporates over 30 kinds of vegetables and grains, where you can enjoy colorful, healthy meals.
The curry roux made with Japanese dashi is exceptional!
"Vegetable-Packed Curry Avocado"
"Vegetable-Packed Curry Avocado" (¥1,180) features a curry roux with a robust Japanese dashi, packed with condensed umami. It uses tree-ripened creamy avocados. Grown on the tree four months longer than typical avocados, they have an ultra-creamy, rich texture that pairs perfectly with curry. Of course, it’s also loaded with vegetables—an immensely satisfying dish.
No.1 among women
A healthy, delicious, and satisfying dish
"Salmon Poke" (¥1,380) is a popular item packed with what women love. A nice point is that you can choose the base from "salad only" or "16-grain rice + salad." The salad alone is satisfying, but add 10-grain rice to increase the volume while keeping it healthy.
Vibrantly colorful
Fresh drinks are also recommended
What we recommend ordering with your meal are the fresh "Juices" (Mango Mix, Ripe Banana Mix, Carrot Apple, Green Mix, Pomegranate Beet; each ¥380). Colorful and cute in appearance, these drinks blend vegetables and fruits for easy sipping, with no strong flavors—one cup loved by all ages.
Unified in muted blue
A cozy interior that charms
Order on the first floor; the second floor serves as the eat-in space. The interior is unified in blue-based nuanced tones, creating a calm atmosphere. Enjoying the food here in such a stylish space might even boost your feminine charm.
An additive-free gourmet salad cafe
The restaurant’s biggest draw is that it uses no food additives or artificial flavorings, so you can comfortably enjoy a meal with your children. The owner, who says “We want to provide guests with safe, worry-free meals,” creates dishes with the idea that vegetables shouldn’t be just a side but satisfying enough to serve as the main part of the meal; as a result, the menu is healthy yet still delivers satisfaction and happiness. If you want to enjoy delicious salads, be sure to stop by.
